Role Description
As the Cofounder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Atlas AI, you will lead all revenue-generating functions including sales, marketing, and revenue strategy, while playing a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include building and managing the revenue team, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring optimal revenue streams across multiple channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru that includes an investment opportunity, offering the chance to shape the future of the company's success alongside other co-founders.

- Strong Sales and Marketing expertise, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, including collaboration, presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Well-honed Research skills for identifying trends, market insights, and new opportunities.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including hiring and team leadership capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and scaling a growing company.
- Understanding of the tech or SaaS industries, particularly AI and IT operations, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
